My dream job

    Today I'm going to talk about my dream job. Lately there has been more talk about this job due to its impact on social networks, but before that, it was not a well-known one. I'm talking about being a MUA, that is, a makeup artist.

    A makeup artist is an individual who works in the beauty and health industry. They apply makeup and other cosmetics to clients to alter or enhance their appearance. Makeup artists also work in the entertainment industry and can assist with creating and applying masks or other ways of changing a person's appearance for a theatric role.

    The average salary for a makeup artist is 71,260 dollars per year. An individual's salary depends on experience, the industry in which they work, their employer, education and employment type.

    Right now, I am studying pharmacy, with the aim of having greater knowledge in the area of ​​cosmetics (and the production of them), however, in the future I plan to go to a cosmetology school to focus on applying makeup to people and learn various techniques.

 

    This has interested me since I was younger, and with that goal I started studying this career at the university. As with many other jobs, I know it's not going to be an easy road, but I hope I can make it through and become an MUA in the not too distant future.
