Orange cats are crazy
Hello! This is the last blog, and since it
is a free topic, I am going to talk about something that I learned to love
despite the difficulties it involved, my pet.
His name is Loki (yes, like the god), and
an anecdotal fact about his name is that when we took him to the vet, they registered
him as "Locky." We didn't realize it until we left, so it was
recorded like that forever, but, still, we use the name as it should be.
He is an orange cat with beautiful light eyes, and he came into our lives when he was a baby. My mother saw ads on the internet about a foundation that gave rescued animals up for adoption and realized that it was close to her place of work. We have wanted to adopt a pet for a long time, and clearly the opportunity arose there. She says that when she looked into his eyes, she knew he had to be with us.
He was very loud, meowed so much, and was always easily frightened. We wonder what his life had been like before he was rescued by the foundation. Still, he was super playful.
Now he's huge, when he was little he was
super agitated, surly and unfriendly, but now he's much more relaxed and affectionate,
he lets us pet him a lot, and sometimes we even sleep together, embraced with
each other.
I hope you liked reading about him, because it is a big part of my life.
